My Holiday Highlight

Guess what I did in the holidays! Well in the holidays my family  and I went to a  Korean restaurant for my brothers birthday. He was turning 15 so it was a big  birthday.

This restaurant that we were going to was cool because you could cook your own food just the way you like it . When we all arrived we started cooking. There was so much to choose from that I had to spend 10 minutes choosing my food .

After we  all had  finished eating  we went to sylvia park to buy him a present . My present to my brother was $20 dollars , he got $50 from my aunty another $50 from my uncle and $100 from my family in wellington.So with all that money he bought him self a phone .

After we all had finished shopping we went home.We had his birthday cake that my mum made for him and then we played some family games. First we played  monopoly but we got bored so we played a mixture of pictionary , a humming game ,  and charades.

At the end of the night we were all tired,but we all had a great

time .As soon as  I got home I went to bed. I was wondering what I was going to do for my birthday.

Friday Weekly Writing

Waking up so excited I realised it was Friday . On Fridays we always  have Ms.Muliaumasealii , she is into art so we basically do it the whole day .

After school has finished I always check to see if my room is tidy.If it is then I go and play. Especially with my awesome when my cousins are over.

School Picnic

How many people normally come to your picnic? Well, we had over 600 kids come to our school picnic.  We were even lucky to have a sunny day after Thursdays heavy rain. We were so happy.
Finally, arriving at the picnic I quickly  put my bag down and rushed to the volley ball game .I played for a little while but then I started to get bored so then I  headed down to the beach.



So I started to play with the gooey clay.I made little pottery with the clay and it soon dried up into a beautiful garden pot. My arms were getting tired so I went up and had my morning tea.

All in all, it was a great picnic. Lots of fun, friends and family and  my favorite kind of a day.

Stardome!!!!

Hitting 10:30  we quickly headed to the bus.As usual every body on the bus always talked .This was our term four trip and our last trip that was going to be in room 14.I couldn’t wait for the bus to stop and Mrs Squires say”were here at Stardome”.

 After 30 Minutes  of boringness on the bus  we arrived at Stardome, but unexpectedly we were climbing up one tree hill just so we could fill in our time.To keep us going up one tree hill we had a quick snack and we all took our  water bottles and I’ve course our bags.

“Could my trip get any worst”I thought to my self. Starting our walk I saw that there was heaps of sheep pooh .Anyways half way up the hill mostly everybody was tired.Mrs Tuala suddenly said”who’s  tired “.Then we Replied”ME!!!”Then Mrs Tuala said”Well I’m not, keep going”

   Finally seeing the top of the mountain  I quickly took a photo of the magnificent view and the statue of Kupe.Everybody enjoyed the beautiful view of the city and the volcano Rangitoto.

My best view up on one tree hill was when i got to see the crater and the words they had written with the rocks.

Making our way down to Stardome we just had  a quick play in the crater and then we  headed back down to Stardome.We had our lunch and went to watch a movie.In the movie it felt like we were moving but it was just the screen.We all enjoyed going to Stardome and also i forgot to mention that they had a AWESOME playground.My friend Porscha was not and I mean NOT patient.

I felt like we weren’t basically going to Stardome I thought that our trip was mostly  going to one tree hill.I was so exhausted after that.
